Introducing The 8760 — Private & Invite-Only

You Would Never Run Your Business This Way.
Most Executives Run Their Year This Way.

What could you achieve by living an entire year with decisive purpose?

An invite-only program for leaders who plan and execute all 8,760 hours of 2027 with the same discipline they bring to their businesses. Two tracks — CEO and Executive. Within each, you’re matched into a team of six to eight peers.

Membership is by invitation. The conversation is not a commitment.

8,760
Hours in your year
~2,600
Spent sleeping
~2,500
Spent working
3,500+
Unplanned and unaccounted for
The full program asks for roughly 40 of these hours. The other 8,720 are the return.

The Growth Paradox

Growth creates complexity.
Complexity kills growth.

The more successful you and your business become, the harder the next stage gets. Growth adds decisions, people, and obligations faster than it adds hours. Left unmanaged, that complexity quietly takes over the calendar, and the calendar becomes the strategy.

How It Shows Up

✗
The business scaled. The hours didn’t.You built systems for the company. The week still runs on default.
✗
Health, family, and purpose get the leftovers. The domains that matter most receive whatever time remains after everything else.
✗
Standards hold only when you’re in the room.In the business and in life, follow-through depends on your presence instead of a system.
✗
The year ends unaccounted for.December arrives and you can’t say where the hours went or what they built.

What’s Actually True

✓
You don’t have a time problem.Too many commitments and a calendar that fills itself are symptoms, not the disease. The root cause is a clarity problem.
✓
There’s no operating system for the year.A plan without an execution rhythm behind it stays a document.
✓
Companies fail at this too.An estimated 70% of strategic initiatives are never fully executed (The Economist). Individuals fail for the same reason.
✓
The answer isn’t less growth. It’s strategic clarity: deciding on purpose what all 8,760 hours are for.

The Core Insight

Your business has an operating system.
Your life doesn’t.

The Premise

“Decisive purpose determines what the year is for. Radical focus determines what it is not for.”

The 8760 builds both into one operating system. A 2030 Vivid Vision sets Purpose, Values, and Priorities, shaping the future rather than predicting it. A 2027 Life Plan turns that vision into Objectives, Strategies, and Actions, reviewed monthly, quarterly, and at year-end.

01

A 2030 Vivid Vision

Purpose, Values, and Priorities — a written picture of your whole life, not just your business.

02

A 2027 Life Plan

Objectives, Strategies, and Actions across four domains: Self, Family, Business, and Community.

03

Four 90-day sprints

Quarterly team sessions and monthly 1:1 accountability keep the plan in motion all year.

04

A year you can account for

A full-year review each December — hour by hour and domain by domain.

The Framework

P2E: From Purpose to Action.

Six questions, answered in order. The first three build your 2030 Vivid Vision. The last three turn it into a 2027 Life Plan you’ll actually execute.

Tier One — The 2030 Vivid Vision

1.Purpose

Why are you here?

Defining your mission

➔
2.Values

Who are you?

Establishing your foundation

➔
3.Priorities

What’s important to you?

Focusing your impact

Tier Two — The 2027 Life Plan

4.Objectives

What do you want to accomplish?

Defining your success

➔
5.Strategies

How will you get there?

Charting your path

➔
6.Actions

What are you doing by when?

Making it happen

Τέλειος — Greek for whole, complete. One plan across the whole of life: Self, Family, Business, and Community.

Where This Comes From

I Learned This Discipline the Hard Way

I’m a fourth-generation family business leader. I helped lead Yancey’s Food Service through a generational transition and its sale in 2012. That season taught me what happens when growth outruns clarity, in a company and in a life.

Since then I founded Teleios Strategy, completed a PhD, co-authored Leading Performance with Larry Linne, and have advised companies from $5M to $500M in revenue. And every year, I run my own life through the same process I bring to clients: a vivid vision, an annual plan, and 90-day sprints.

The process is P2E, Planning to Execution. It’s proven in two places: in my own life, year after year, and inside client companies, including a peer advisory community of Northern Colorado owner-operators representing roughly $800M in combined revenue. Plans built this way get executed, not filed.

What Leaders Say About the Work.

“

The P2E Process

Assess. Design. Execute.

Teleios manages every phase — the assessment, the design day, and the year-long execution rhythm that turns the plan into a lived year.

01
Phase 1
Assess
Begins November 2, 2026
A two-week audit of where your hours actually go, plus the Teleios Life Assessment across four domains: Self, Family, Business, and Community. You’ll see exactly how the year runs today.
02
Phase 2
Design
December 2026
A full-day, in-person design session. You leave with a written 2030 Vivid Vision and a complete 2027 Life Plan built through P2E.
03
Phase 3
Execute
January–December 2027
The year runs in four 90-day sprints of radical focus — a few committed priorities per quarter. Quarterly team sessions, monthly one-on-one check-ins with me, and a full-year review each December.

Inside Each 90-Day Sprint

Each sprint runs the back half of P2E — one focus area, taken from objective to executed.

The Tracks

Same Process. Different Rooms.

Both tracks run the identical P2E arc — Assess, Design, Execute. Within each track, you’re matched into a team of six to eight peers who sit where you sit, because candor depends on who’s in the room.

Now Forming — Applications Close October 31

The CEO Track

For CEOs, founders, and owners.

For those who sit in the final seat — the decisions stop with you. You’re matched into a team of six to eight peers who carry the same weight: the room where succession, sale, health, and family can be said out loud.

The Executive Track

For presidents, partners, and senior leaders.

For leaders who run the business without owning the final call — the same operating system for the year, in a matched team of six to eight peers at the same altitude.

Join the Waitlist

The question isn’t which level you’re at. It’s who you can be fully candid with.
